Andrew Kennelly brings more than two decades of financial services experience to North Star College Planners, helping families approach college as both an educational opportunity and an important financial decision.
Born and raised in Minneapolis, Andrew earned his degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and began his financial services career in 2001. His experience includes working with national financial planning firms and serving as Managing Principal of regional advisory organizations.
At North Star College Planners, Andrew helps families understand the financial side of college planning, including financial aid, scholarships, funding gaps, and the long-term impact college costs can have on a family’s financial future. His approach focuses on simplifying complex decisions and giving parents the information they need to make confident, informed choices.
Andrew believes a successful college plan should help students pursue the right educational opportunities without unnecessarily compromising their parents’ long-term financial goals.
Andrew lives in Minneapolis with his wife, Marie, their adult daughter, and the family’s cat and dog.
